SHIPPING
Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible. Currently your package will be mailed within 4 US Postal days of receipt of payment. My current method of shipping is US Postal Service-First Class mail (insurance and delivery confirmation included in the shipping cost). For larger orders please email me and other arrangements can be made.
RETURNS
I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Sometimes an item just isn't what you thought it was going to be. When an item is listed I attempt to describe the item as if it were in your hand. Should you need to return an item please read the following policy carefully
When you determine an item will need to be returned to me please email me as soon as possible. As a courtesy let me know the exact reason for return. This helps me determine customer need and satisfaction for future orders. The item must be in its original packaging and if originally sold in a set ALL beads must be returned. Currently customer pays all return shipping charges, however, I will be glad to offer a discount coupon for future orders. Once the item(s) is received in the Moon Bead Studio I will be happy to issue a full refund, exchange the item or issue store credit.
